

Born in Mineola, NY, January 18th, 1947 to Louis and Edith Baker, he grew up in West Hempstead, graduated from University Of Rhode Island, and Howard University where he studied Dentistry.
He fell in love with Malla, his loving and devoted wife. Together, they raised their three wonderful children, Luiza, Dennis and Sonja in Neponsit, NY.
A Dentist by trade, his love and zeal for life fueled his many and varied passions. To those who knew him, there was none other like him. The resounding legacy is undoubtedly his capabilty for compassion and kindness. He derived the greatest pleasure from making other people happy.
Without him, there is a void that can never be filled. He will be loved and in our hearts forever.
Jimmy is survived by his wife Malla, his three children Luiza, Dennis, and Sonja; three grandchildren Phineas, Heidi, and Emily; his mother Edith, brother Stephen, and sister Maudie, along with their families.
