We can never forget the bonds we shared and the good times experienced! Mom had such an infectious laughter which warmed our hearts...
She will always be fondly remember ed...
May God bring comfort to the family as you go through these times.. we do not mourn as those who don't have the blessed hope of Jesus' coming... Be comforted knowing that we shall see our love ones again never to part again...

I met  , Madge In the late 1960s when she accompanied her darling Roy playing the organ as he sang with the quartet consisting of Stafford Melcon Minard  singing Jericho road , at the Hector's River SDA Church
Little did I know That our friendship would last until she took her last breath 
We went to England to pursue our nursing careers. We had so much fun. we sometimes forgot why we were there. She returned from England before I did because she had someone waiting t o make her mistress, Marjorie Gordon 
I arrived back in  Jamaica   a little bit later  to find that she was working at Princess. Margaret hospital In St. Thomas  and I was sent to Isaac Barrant  hospital in the same parish by the ministry of health
 We  spoke regularly on the phone Eventually we became busy taking care of our families  and not able to speak as often. Both Families migrated to the United States I'll always remember  her visiting  with me here in Columbia, Maryland  when the children were really  young 
When she became ill  Cynthia made sure to  send me videos of  mom from time to time  because she knew how much I loved her .
  Her work here on earth is done and she is awaiting the Life. Giver  Death will not keep her in the ground. Family, I pray you all remain faithful to God, Please pray for me that I will remain faithful too  because soon and very soon we are going to see Madge again in the Earth  made new

Oh Sis. Gordon, may your beautiful soul rest in peace. My heart hurts for Cynthi' and Winnie. I am sorry that y'all are going through this again. May God hold you in his arms tightly and never let you go. My deepest and heartfelt condolences to you both 🙏🏾🫂

Although I do not have many direct memories with Marjorie, the echos of her character, her love and her compassion are shown through Cynthia. Through her, I have me her mother. I regret not getting to know Marjorie earlier in her life, but I am thankful for the smile and love she sowed in her daughter, my good friend. I'm so sorry for your temporary loss. But mamma Marjorie lives on through you, through her lessons to guide you, her love to soothe you and her resilience to strengthen you. Her memory live through you. And of course, when Jesus comes, that will be the ultimate day of reunion. So live those lessons, that love and that resilience in your own life to share the light Marjorie gave your life to the world around you. That way you will have plenty of stories to share when you meet your mom and your family in heaven. Stories of tears, of laughter, of lessons learned and how you kept their memory alive in the way you lived. Rest easy knowing these soon to come events and that you are dearly loved. My condolences again.

I am sad but I am happy at the same time. I am sad because a friend a beautiful human being is no longer with us. No more time to talk about eating mangoes.  No more time to hear her exclaim, “Annalisa this is judgement,” as we burst into laughter. She believed in me and trusted me. We had such good synergy, no acting, no pretense. Just love and kindness. She lived a selfless life to the point where some took her kindness for weakness. I am happy because we have the blessed hope that if we are faithful we will meet again at Jesus soon return. What a day that will be. Can’t wait to see her again. My prayers are constantly going up for Winston and Cynthia also the rest of the family. We are all better from having experienced her in our lives.
