Patricia Messing Wolfson passed peacefully on January 22, 2013 at the age of 77, at her home in Woodmere. A long time Five Towns resident, she is an alumna of Woodmere Academy and New York University. After relocating to the Five Towns in 1970, she returned to Woodmere Academy as a staff member for many years and ultimately retired from her role at the Academy as Director of Alumni Relations in the late 1980's.
She is survived by her daughters, Fran Wolfson and Andrea Stone and son-in-law Scott Stone and her cherished granddaughter Amelia, her sister Nadia Nuss and nieces and nephews, Bill and Bonnie, Woody, Stevi, Caren and John, Harvey and Elise and Meredith and Ross. She is pre-deceased by her brother, Avrom Messing. A caring, devoted and fun woman, Pat will be dearly missed.
In lieu of flowers, donations be made in her memory to Lawrence Woodmere Academy.
