Rabbi Reuven P. Bulka - age 77 of Ottawa, Canada passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2021. May his memory be for a blessing. Funeral services will be held at Boulevard Riverside Chapels on Sunday, June 27, 2021 commencing at 4:00pm. Interment will take place on Monday, June 28th, 2021 in Eretz HaChaim Cemetery in Beit Shamesh Israel.
