Spiegel, Richard (Dick), gasoline distributor passed away on Tuesday. He is loved by his wife Rhoda, his children Robert (Jill), Jeff (Meredith) and Jodi, son-in-law Barry, as well as eight adoring grandchildren. The funeral will be held at Boulevard-Riverside Chapels, 1450 Broadway, Hewlett, NY 11557 on Thursday at 11:30AM
