It is true that time is relative.  Event's that happened so long ago appear in our minds as if it happened yesterday. Stevie and Judy met at the ice skating ring and were dating. Judy was my dear friend and Stevie was  now part of our  circle .  They get married soon after
 and I was part of the wedding party. It was a very special wedding, the first of my friends to tie the knot. Now  it 's 40 some odd years later. Stevie is retired and takes care of everything for the family, including shopping, cooking and grandchildren. Since he wasn't working all the time in their store, I got to talk to him when I visited or called their land line. He was a real good guy with a great sense of humor. I last saw Stevie at their home  in Sep. '19 . Stevie was very proud of his skills in cooking and baking, taking pictures in his chef's hat. He was all about taking care of the family. The two of them were teasing each other , giggling like newlyweds. It was amazing to see how well they got along and loved each other after so many years of  marriage.  It made me smile, gave me a " warm and fuzzy" feeling. I  loved them both and and miss them all the time. 

Honestly Idk where to begin I’m so broken over losing my dad so soon after losing my mom they were the best parents best bubby and Zayde . This has been the hardest month for me my brothers and our families and everyone who knew them . We’re all truly devastated over this major double loss . My dad did everything throughout me and my brothers lives that he had to in order for us to have everything we needed going to good Yeshiva’s having nice parties and other family simchas and going to summer camps for many years . He was so outgoing friendly and so kind always welcoming in people to our home anytime . Close  friends of me and my brothers were always welcome anytime no questions asked . Our home always had an open door anytime . Family was so important to my parents . They doted on all the grandkids they were always there to help us anytime we needed and always wanted to be around them as much as possible. My dad also loved seeing them do well in school it brought him so much happiness and he was always there to help them anytime they needed it . Our lives will never be the same without my parents . There won’t be a day that we won’t think of you and mom . 
Dad I love you and I will miss you every day and I hope I continue to make you proud please watch over all of us like I know you will .

We are heartbroken---to lose two good friends.  Steve and Judy were the founders of our "Oneg Shabbos" group and were loved and respected by all of us...."gutta neshamos," it was always great to be in their company.
May their children have only good memories of them and follow the excellent example that they represented.

Steven was as kind and genuine as a person can be.  A warm and welcoming person who I will miss dearly. My heart goes out to Jeremiah and the rest of the family.

I would like to take time to talk about my dearly departed grandfather and he sweet he was.  
He got along with almost everyone who he met, he was a great cook, and he was the best grandfather anyone could ask for.
