Virginia “Cookie” Colfin sadly passed away at the age of 71 on Tues, Dec 19th 2023. Cookie was a wonderful mom to son Josh, an amazing younger sister to Christine & Irene, and the loving wife of Bruce. Virginia was Chief Clinical Dietician at Highfield Gardens Care Center before she retired, and was also a food rescuer at Island Harvest for over 20 years. We’ll miss her dearly.
A chapel service for Virginia will be held Friday, December 22, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Boulevard-Riverside Chapels, 1450 Broadway, Hewlett, New York 11557.
