Charles is the loving husband to Kathleen DeLor; cherished brother to William DeLor, the late Richard DeLor, the late Lenore Boyce, the late James "Tom" DeLor, and the late Elizabeth Grossman; uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Charles honorably served in the United States National Guard. He was an Indiana University Graduate. Charles retired from the Social Security Administration office serving the Chicago, Hammond and East Chicago offices. He was a past member of the Griffith American Legion and a past member of the Calumet Astronomical Society, where he served as treasurer.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
