C.S. "Aunt Sherry" Kaczmarczyk, age 75, of Munster, IN passed away Sunday, February 22, 2015. She is survived by her cousin's children: Janine Starykowicz, Jo Anne Starykowicz, Judy Starykowicz, Jeanette Starykowicz and John (Denise) Starykowicz and their children Emma and James. She was preceded in death by her parents Jennie and Joseph Kaczmarczyk; cousin, Frances Starykowicz (nee Basiaga). Funeral services will be held Friday, February 27, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road (two blocks south of Ridge Road) Highland, IN with Doug Klukken officiating. Friends are invited to meet with the family Thursday, February 26, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Kuiper Funeral Home. Ms. Kaczmarczyk was a retired teacher from the Gary Community School Corporation. She was a photographer, and volunteer with the Humane Society of the Calumet Area.
