Danny Lee McClure Sr.

Northwest Indiana passed away unexpectedly and peacefully on Monday, January

15, 2024. Danny was born February 7, 1963.

Danny is survived by his life-long love, Pam Vale; son, Danny McClure Jr.; siblings, Patti (Shaylon) Miller, Anthony (Kim) McClure, Kathy (Brian)McInnis Steven(Stephanie)McClure; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Rayford and Annie Frances McClure; and brother-in-law, Charles "Junior" Cornelison.

Danny worked in the steel industry for over 40 years and was a proud member of Steelworkers Local 2003-1. Danny was an avid outdoorsmen he loved fishing, hunting, camping and boating. He was a huge fan of Notre Dame Football. (GO IRISH!!!!) Danny loved music and playing his collection of guitars. Danny was a self proclaimed “Greatest Grill Master” . He loved spending time with his family and was a great father figure to not only his son but to his numerous nieces and nephews. He will be deeply missed by so many and in our hearts forever.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 27, 2024 from 11:00 am until the time of his funeral at 3:00 pm at Kuiper Funeral Home.
