David is loving father to Jennifer (Gary Hofer) Adkins; proud grandfather to Kylah (Joseph) Nowocin and Lexi (Zac Beatty) Adkins; great-grandfather to Mila Beatty and Beau Beatty; cherished brother to James Cebulski and the late Phillip Toth; brother-in-law to Patricia Toth; father figure to Ashley Stewart.
David retired after 25 years of faithful service with Amoco Standard Oil Company. He then worked at Inland Steel and retired in 2021. He was a gambler in nature and a workaholic. He enjoyed frequenting the casinos in Michigan. He was a loving and devoted father and grandfather and will be greatly missed by those who loved him.
