Esther K. Patterson (nee Kuiper), age 59, of Knox, passed away Saturday, June 5, 2010. She is survived by her husband, Brent; two sons: Jay (Tina) White of Portage and Shane (Cathy) Patterson of Portage; daughter, Andrea White of Griffith; four grandchildren: Adam, Alyssa, Brandon, and Marie; and two sisters: Linda (Don) Bultema of Griffith and Sharon (Don) Bult of Hebron. She was preceded in death by her brothers: Wayne (Mary) Kuiper and parents: Duurt and Christine Kuiper. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at 9:30 AM at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Rd. (2 blocks south of Ridge Rd.), Highland, IN with Pastor Dan Kuiper officiating. Interment at Memory Lane Memorial Park, Schererville, IN. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 from 3:00-8:00 PM at Kuiper Funeral Home. Esther attended Ross Reformed Community Church. She was formerly employed at Fagen Pharmacy.
