Geneva I. Miller

Geneva I. Miller (nee Clem), age 87, of Hammond, IN passed away Friday, September 18, 2015. She is survived by her daughters: Brenda Miller and Jane (Larry) Chapman; brother, W.H. (Ailene) Clem; sisters: Maggie Rhea, Louise Land, Marie Lankford and Shelby (Jack) Bremer; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her husband, James “Val” Miller; and two sisters: Ruby Nell Crowder and Mary Frances Summar. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. DIRECTLY at Calvary Baptist Church, 9516 Kennedy Ave., Highland, IN with Rev. Don Rector officiating. Interment will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN. Friends are invited to meet with the family Tuesday, September 22, 2015 from 2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road (two blocks south of Ridge Road) Highland, IN.
