She was born on June 12, 1940, and was a beloved member of the St. Patrick's Church community in East Chicago.
She is survived by her daughters, Adriana (Mario) Baiz, Laura Gutierrez; daughter-in-law, Virginia (Luis) Iruegas, grandchildren, Guillermo (Ileana) Iruegas, Veronica (Carl) Iruegas-Czarnecki, Luis (Meagan) Iruegas, Mario (Stephania) Baiz, Mario Gutierrez, Daniel Gutierrez, Fatima Gutierrez, and Israel Gutierrez.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at St. Patrick's Church, 3802 Grand Boulevard, East Chicago, IN 46312, with the viewing beginning at 9:00 am and Mass at 10:00 am. Burial to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 8178 Cline Avenue, Crown Point, IN 46307.
