James Donald Turpin Jr., age 59, of Highland, IN passed away Thursday, July 19, 2018. James is survived by his daughter Rhiannon (Joe) Ashley; granddaughter Uma; and brothers: Ernie and Bob. He was preceded in death by his parents: James and Marcella Turpin; sister Anita; and brother Darryl. James resided in Las Vegas for the past 35 years working as a cab driver.
