My condolences to the family. I remember Lucille and Woody from my childhood and I've heard my sister tell many times of going across the field for "bicky butter" (biscuits and butter) when they were my parents' neighbors.

No bond is as great as that between a parent and child.  My deepest condolences are with you as you grieve.

I knew it was time to get busy when I heard Woody start his first engine of the day and I knew it was time to call it a night when Lucille called me and said come and get your fried pies. Best neighbors I ever had. I miss them deeply.
