MARGUERITE COAPSTICK (NEE SPAULDING) EAST CHICAGO, IN Marguerite Coapstick (nee Spaulding), age 89 of East Chicago, IN, passed away Saturday, September 24, 2011. She is survived by her daughter, Marguerite Muzek of Crown Point IN; grandchildren: Caranee Goode and Benjamin Dutta, both of San Diego, CA, Thomas Muzek of Rensselaer, IN, George Muzek of Merrillville, IN, Will (Julie) Muzek of West Minster, CO and Maureen (Mike) Buck of Lakeview, CO; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Coapstick was preceded in death by her husband, Homer; and daughter, Louise Dutta. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2011 at 11:30 AM at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road (two blocks south of Ridge Road) Highland, IN with Rev. Jody Noble officiating. Interment will follow at Concordia Cemetery, Hammond, IN. Friends are invited to meet with the family from 2:00-8:00 PM on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at the funeral home. Mrs. Coapstick was a member of Immanuel Presbyterian Church of Schererville, IN and was a former member of Indiana Harbor Presbyterian Church.
