Nancy J. Crawford

Nancy J. (Wallace) Crawford, 81 of Highland, IN retired from Federal Probation and Parole. The sun no longer shines as brightly since Nancy Crawford left this world on Friday, November 14, 2014. Bound for better things, she no longer felt able to stay with her children: Craig Crawford (Batavia, IL), Charlie Crawford (Highland, IN), Julie Myers (Highland, IN), Lori (Denny) Rardin (Hebron, IN), brother James (Norma) Wallace (Washington, IN); sisters-in- law: Pauline Crawford, Jean Rollins, Pat Crawford (all of Crown Point, IN); or her numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends. She went on to find those gone before: Chuck Crawford (husband), Rebecca Edwards (daughter), Jessica Myers and Jillian Edwards (granddaughters), Karen Andrews (great-granddaughter), Frank and Sunshine Wallace (parents), and Ben Wallace (brother). Nancy's life will be celebrated at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road (two blocks south of Ridge Road) Highland, IN on Monday, November 17th from 2:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Our final farewell will be said on Tuesday, November 18th at 10:30 a.m. at Kuiper Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest next to her husband of 53 years at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN.
