I was a room mate with Paul at Purdue, and just learned of his death, 8 years after. My condolences to family and friends. 

I feel quite fortunate to have known and worked with Paul throughout much of my NIPSCO gas career, and many times we worked together very closely.  I could always count on accurate forecasts and good opinions from him.  I also golfed at a few outings with Paul, and remember at the last one he won a longest-putt hole.  From time to time I'd see him working in the yard and I'd stop by for a while, and together we'd solve the world's problems.  All of my encounters with Paul in both work and play have been enjoyable - I'll miss him as I'm sure many others will as well.  My thoughts and prayers go out to the Bredesen family.

I wanted to extend my sympathy to the family as I worked at NiSource when he did. I talked to him often and remember him as a very sweet man

I am so sorry to say that I did not know your Paul, but I do know that he was a veteran of the Vietnam War...and we Vietnam veterans have a special bond with one another.  There is no greater honor than to serve your country at a time of war.  Paul made many sacrifices, I know, and I just wanted to say, "Thanks Paul for serving our country."

I was so saddened to hear of the passing of Mr. Bredesen. It was a pleasure taking care of him at R. He was very lucky to have such a wonderful and supportive wife and family. My thoughts and prayers are with his entire family during this difficult time.

I knew Mr. Bredeson through Lake Central Band. A helpfull worker and so much fun to be around.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Bredesen family. Paul and I grew up right across the street as children and were the same age, I can remember playing catch and horseshoes and are name both started with B so we were always next to each other in school.  We played Little League , Babe Ruth and I have alot of fond memories.  I even built his house in Plum Creek.  he was a great guy and even a better Man, husband, and Dad. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I work at Members Source in Griffith where the family banks. It was always a pleasure when he came in the credit union and always had a smile on his face.

Our condolences to the Bredesen family.  We remember the many wonderful times we had working with the Lake Central Band Boosters with Paul at the helm.  Not only did we support our kids and a great organization, but we had fun doing it.  May you find comfort in your memories.

Thoughts and prayers to all of the Bredesen family in the loss of Paul.  I have known Paul for many years thru church, school, and my parents and his were very good friends and camped together.  Paul, you will be missed by many.
