Ralph L. Davis

Ralph L. Davis, 83 of Hammond passed away surrounded by family on Tuesday, January 16, 2018. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years Frances Davis, Son Gary Davis, Daughter Robin Faught, Son in Law Dale Faught, Daughter in law Kathy Davis. Cherished Grandpa to Thomas Davis Jr, Cassandra Davis, Raelene Faught, Ben Faught, Rita Torrance, Nathan Faught. Cherished Great Grandpa to Joshua Ray, Julia Reynolds, Alice Faught, Anna Reynolds, and Bella Reynolds. He is preceded in death by his parents, Tom and Viola Davis, sister Lois, brothers Tomaray and Bob Davis, Daughter in law Rita Davis, and his son Thomas Davis Sr. Ralph was a retired Marine, and moved to Hammond, IN in 1950 and stayed a resident throughout his lifetime. He loved fishing, crossword puzzles, and spending time with his family and friends. He was affiliated with Lifepoint Church of Hammond Indiana. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road (two blocks south of Ridge Road) Highland, IN with Pastor Orlando Soler officiating. Interment will follow at Memory Lane Memorial Park, Crown Point, IN. Friends are invited to meet with the family Saturday, January 20, 2018 from 10:00 am. to 12:00 p.m. (time of service) at Kuiper Funeral Home.
