Hard to believe that it's been three years since Ralph's passing I really miss those Tuesday calls every week , even if we had nothing to say I enjoyed hearing his voice , I should have told him when we played phone tag the message recorder records the date and time automatically , always got a chuckle out of that . Ralph was a great guy and so glad I met him

Hard to believe it's been two years. Both Joe and Ralph are gone. It's funny when I think that Ralph was my manager at Wilco, and I attributed much of my early style of management to Ralph. After I left Wilco, I hired in at Gary Works. I became a manager there, practicing what I learned from Ralph. A promotion and transfer later put me in Tin Finish Maintenance as Joe's Manager! I loved both these men, they were unique, but both very special...I never got a chance to ask Joe how good/or bad I was as his Boss...I would've loved to have shared his reply with Ralph!!

Ralph was a member of our "gang" in Gary Heights, a neighborhood we grew up in. We camped out in his garage, played baseball and basketball, and in general had great times. His Mom made great hamburgers! Ralph was a great friend. I last saw him at our Edison 30 year reunion. I have and will always have fond memories of him.

Like many others, I cannot believe another year since Ralph passed away has gone by. I know he is in Heaven and smiling down at us. I miss our times growing up, playing Little League, sleepovers, learning to drive and our graduation from Edison. Like I mentioned last year, at our 1995 Reunion he said "See You Later Buddy". I hold you to that Ralph, someday in Heaven at the best reunion.

So sad to just now find out of Ralph’s passing. Condolences to Lee, Janet and all of Ralph’s loved ones. What a kind hearted, fun guy. I worked with Ralph for a few years. He was like a dad for me at work. I was in my 20’s and had a rough life. He definitely was a role model to me and we have always kept in touch since I moved away back in 2001. I wondered why there wasn’t a Christmas card this year 😞. Now I know why. He is being taken care of and watching over everyone he loved. 
I was so blessed to have known him!! Rest in peace and prayers for everyone who loved him.

I want to extend my condolences.  I regret not being there, but I always remember Ralph as a good guy, great dancer and fun to be around.   Although he will be missed, may you all find comfort in the many years and memories you were able to share with him.

I was sorry to hear about Ralph’s passing.  He was my next door neighbor for almost 20 years.  Him and Lee was a great couple.   Lee I’m very sorry for you and your family’s loss.

I knew Ralph since Washington Grade School. We grew up in Gary Heights, had lots of good friends and spent lots of time playing basketball, riding bikes and hanging around together. After graduation we lost touch, but I saw him at our ten year and thirty year reunions. 
After that since I had relocation out of state in 1981, we only saw each other at the reunions. I remember talking to him in 1995, and the last thing he said was see you latter buddy.
Ralph was always sharp looking, a great dresser and well spoken. I never heard him say a bad thing about anybody. He will truly be missed, especially by his family. I wish I could have seen him in action at his store as I myself worked in retail grocery during high school, college and in to my adult life in management. I always admire people in that field of work to this day.

I feel awful I was unable to attend Ralph's Service. Ralph was one of my managers at Wilco. I remember the day he started at the store...I was a stock clerk. Ralph was the first person other than my parents or teachers who had a strong positive influence on my life. My life's journey took me many places, and I am proud to say the lessons I learned from Ralph were always with me. He was an Original. After retiring, I returned to the Region a few years ago. I feel so fortunate to have been able to locate Ralph, and tell him the impact he had in my approach to life and my career. I was able to personally Thank him for being such a positive influence. I also told him what a great boss he was! Having been a manager for over 35years, I know how important it can be when a former employee gives you hearfelt Thanks...it brought a huge smile to his face....and that is the memory of Ralph I will always carry with me.

I’m so very sad to hear this, I remember Ralph I lived in Miller for many years and Ralph was so very kind to me and my family, many prayers for his family Rest Easy my friend🙏🏻🙏🏻

I worked with Ralph for only about a year in 2012 and during that time I remember that he loved Lee and would attend many grand kids basketball games , loved to go out and dance with Lee , favorite band was TOGEATHER , enjoyed being at there cabin and simple things and NINE years later he would call me every week to check in , Proud to say that he was a GREAT man and my friend and will miss him dearly , My deepest condolences to Lee and the family and pray that the Lord watch's over you and comforts you in this time of sorrow  and through eternity
