Thelma Marie Cain

Thelma Marie (Mallory) Cain, 83 was born in Belton, KY on February 8,1935. She was one of 6 children born to Opal and Nellie Mallory. Her family moved to Indiana when she was a teenager. She was married to Leonard Cain on December 29,1952 and lived in Crown Point, Indiana for many years before she retired from Burrell Color Lab and moved to Leesburg, Florida where she died on October 16, 2018. She is survived by three sons: Danny(Patsy), Larry and Garry, six grandchildren: Stephanie (Matt) Parker, Melissa Cain, William (Lauren) Cain, April (Shaun) McNabb, Adam and Jacob Cain, thirteen great-grandchildren, Madeline, Kaylee, Zachary, Andrea, Isabelle, Danny, Sarah, Dylan, Chase Katie, Lance, Jayden, Nova; two brothers: Glenn (Susan) Mallory, Darrell (Kathy) Mallory, preceded in death by her parents Opal & Nellie Mallory, husband of 64 years Leonard Cain; siblings: Neal & James Mallory, Linda (Mallory) Walley, great-granddaughter Kelley. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday October 21;2018 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Rd (two blocks south of Ridge Rd) Highland, IN. Funeral services will be held Monday October 22, 2018 11:00 AM at the funeral home with Rev. Robert Parnell officiating. Burial Chapel Lawn Cemetery. Marie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother. She was a hard worker, loved to work in her yard and doing crafts. She will be missed by all that knew her
