My condolences to Tom's family and friends. I very much enjoyed the times I got to talk ball with him. Of course my favorite times were talking ball in the brewery. He will be missed.

Tom showed up spontaneously one day last year and it unexpectedly rekindled a long dormant college friendship. He shared a bright view of the future and I could not resist falling into optimistic thought whenever I was with him or even over simple text messages. I can easily see how he could be the infectious type of father and coach who inspires motivation. My Heart is with you my Brother.
