Thomas Koby

Thomas Paul Koby (born October 9, 1941) began his journey back to the spirit world on April 27, 2026. He is survived by his two children, Wendy Marie Royal (nee Koby) and Michael A. Koby; his loving sons-in-law, Jim "Bubba" Royal and Gregory Brown; his three talented and adorable grandchildren, Jackson, Cooper, and Hope; and his brothers, Stanley (Bernice) Koby and Larry (Pam) Koby. He is also survived by his best friend, a pup he named Rex.

Pops (Thomas P. Koby) was always a hard worker, often holding two to three jobs - including security guard gigs, construction, and as a postal worker - to support his family, especially his kids, Peanut and Sunshine. He retired as a supervisor from the Griffith Post Office and spent his retirement traveling and living in many places, as long as they were warm.

Tom was a member of Saint Mary's Church in Griffith and, throughout his life, was an avid lover of science, bowling, and science fiction.
