Charles “Ricky” Kalani, 87, of Hilo, passed away on Friday June 6, 2025 at home. He was born September 17, 1937 in Hana, Maui. He was a retired United States Army, truck driver and security guard.
Celebration of Life will be held at Aunty Sallys Luau House (799 Piilani St. Hilo, Hi 96720) on Sunday September 14, 2025 at 12PM-5PM.
He is survived by his wife Ada Kalani; his children Cindy Kamakahi of Hilo, Charles Kalani Jr. of Kurtistown, Sandra Foster of Papaikou, Valerie Lincoln of Mountain View; his 9 grandchildren; his 13 great grandchildren and his 1 great great grandchild.
