Cindy is survived by her husband Lew Godfrey of Mountain View, Hawaii; her children Alisha Glessner of Kodak, Tennessee, William Glessner of Mountain View, Hawaii, Michael Kelley of Mountain View, Hawaii, Marisa Godfrey of Mountain View, Hawaii; and her sister Christine Meedel of Mountain View, Hawaii.
