Kersten Leslie Johnson, 68, of Volcano, passed away on Tuesday April 14th, 2026 at Hilo Benioff Medical Center. Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, she received her Master’s degree in Environmental Science and was an Environmental Program Director for many years. She also took part in her community Catholic study group.
