Michael Lee Horst, 67, of Volcano, Hawaii, passed away on Saturday April 18th, 2026 at Hilo Benioff Medical Center. Born in Long Beach, California he is a retired U.S. Army veteran who worked in the Race and Sports booking industry, as well as a member in the Volcano Community Association.

He is survived by wife Sherrill E. Glass; half-brother Ernest Horst (Denise); and numerous cousins.
