On December 4, 2025, Patricia Ann Tingley of Kauai, HI , daughter of the late Col. Charles O. and Honora P. Tingley, and sister of the late Charles O. Tingley , Ph.D. of Bangor, ME, and the late Barbara E. Woodward of St. Leonard, MD, passed away peacefully. She is survived by seven nieces and nephews and leaves many very loving and special friends in the Washington, D.C. area and in Kauai, HI.
There will be no funeral or memorial services. Ms. Tingley will be cremated, and her ashes, together with those of her beloved dog, Vickie, will be scattered off the coast of Kauai.
