Samuel K. Maluo, 82 of Pepeekeo, died on October 7th at Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. He was born on August 26, 1944, in Laupahoehoe and worked as a tankerman for Dillingham Tug and Barge and later retired from Sause Bros. Ocean Towing Co. He was also a member of the Keonimana Motorcycle Club.
A memorial service will be held at Ballard Family Mortuary in Hilo on Saturday October 24th from 11am-3pm.
He is survived by wife, Barbara Maluo; daughter, Brandy (Jeff) Quebral, son, Kamu “Kekoa” Maluo; also, daughters, Tammy (Sean) Sparr and Misty Maluo; brother, Joseph Maluo and 5 grandchildren.
