Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday November 15, 2025 at Puuloa Beach Park in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. From 12:00pm to 4:00pm.
Sandra is survived and loved by her husband Arthur Carter Jr. of Pahoa; her son David K. Aiona of Pahoa; her daughters Tracy (Steven) Kahanaoi of Ewa Beach, Alison (Gator) Quaney of Las Vegas; brother Keith West of Ewa Beach; sister Cheryl West of Kapolei; 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
