Wayne will be laid to rest at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific (2177 Puowaina Dr, Honolulu, HI 96813) on Friday June 13, 2025 at 1:00PM.

A second Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday June 14, 2025 at 12:00PM at 6523 Hawaii Kai Dr. Honolulu, Hi 96825.

Wayne is survived by his wife Sister Estrellita Burley of Hawaiian Beaches; his sons Kawika Colon-Burley of Kurtistown, Elijah W. Burley of Puna; his daughters Wendy (Donovan) Keliikoa of Honokaa, Rhonda (Shane) Rennoe of Ewa, Jennifer (Chad) Taira of Mililani, Estrellita (Star) Burley of Hawaiian Beaches; his brother Steven (Rendy) Burley of Honolulu; his sisters Bobbie Peters of Maui, Snookie (Bob) Puli of Sunnyvale, California; 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
