My friend, so sorry to hear of you loss. I looked at the wedding pix, although I didn't go to the wedding I made it to the reception later that night. Good memories of you both, adopting your daughter Pumpkin as she was treated as most children, and you watching my son at two months old. You are trusted and the best friends ever, nice we have kept in touch over 35 yrs from pizza to Tennessee, bless you Janice and my heart is with you

We did not get to know Uncle Mike (Al) as well as we wanted. After listening to my mother (Gwen) and Aunt Jan talk about him. I some how felt like I knew him more than I really did. The time we did meet Uncle Al and Aunt Jan. We could tell right off they loved and cared for each other. We knew they been together for awhile, but they both acted like newly weds. We are very sorry we cant come to Uncle Al's services. But our hearts will be there for Aunt Jan. We all will stop at 10:30am Friday, and say a prayer for both Uncle Mike (Al) and Aunt Jan. Jan we know you will miss your SWEETIE, but please stay strong, and keep sending me emails.
Love Clinton & Gail Ringwald

I want you to know how proud I am to have been Al's wife for 35 years. Anyone that really knew us know we had our moments. Yet our strong love and determination got us thru so many difficult times especially when my Sweetie started battling cancer. He was the strongest man I know ...he never gave up until he saw he couldn't go no more and then he fought hard not to leave me. I am so blessed and thankful for sharing my life with this man for over 35 yrs. Until we meet again Al will remain my love and always be in my heart. His loving wife Angel ... as he called me
