Joan was a graduate of Central High School class of ’44. She was a longtime member of Calvary Bible Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bonnie Stevens and Bob Pearce, her husband, Stewart Russell and her son, Stewart “Chip” Russell, Jr.
She was a much loved mother and grandmother who we will miss more than words can say. She will be forever in our hearts.
Joan is survived by children, Bridgette Farner, Trey Aycock, Bonnie Dale Russell, granddaughter, Casi (James) White, great grandsons, Cole White and Carson White, nephews and cousins.
Graveside services will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday at Chattanooga National Cemetery with the Rev.Russ Coffey officiating. The family will receive friends from 9 until 10 a.m. Friday at the North Chapel.
