Barry Scott Webb

Barry graduated from Ooltewah High School before enlisting in the U.S. Air Force. His military decorations include, “AF Good Conduct Medal”, AF Outstanding Unit Award”, “AF Longevity Service Award Ribbon”, and “AF Training Ribbon:. While serving in the Air Force, Barry’s specialties were in aircraft armament systems and airframe repair. After his honorable discharge, Barry served as a civil servant at the Naval Air Station in Jacksonville, FL in aircraft maintenance. He was currently employed with the State of Tennessee at the Bear Trace Golf Course.

Barry loved motorcycles even competing in the National Semi-Pro MX races, while living in Jacksonville. More recently here at home, Barry would be seen riding his Harley-Davidson.

Barry is preceded in death by his father, Harley E. Webb in 2007 after which he returned to live in Ooltewah.

Barry is survived by his son, Travis (Krissy) Webb; granddaughter, Stormie Webb; mother, Mary Webb; sister, Denise (Steve) Wilson and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

Barry will be buried with military honors at the Chattanooga National Cemetery on Friday, June 3, at 2 pm.
