Brenda Sue Gamble

Brenda was born on August 25, 1947, in Chattanooga, TN. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Pearl Bledsoe; her beloved husband with who she shared many cherished years of love and companionship, Ernest Wayne Gamble Sr.; her sister, Mary Elizabeth; her brothers, John Bledsoe, Roy Bledsoe, and Kenneth Bledsoe; and daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Jane Gamble.

Survivors include sons, Ernie (Sandy) Gamble, Darrell Gamble, and Jason Gamble; grandchildren, Jake Gamble, Garrett Gamble, Tyler Gamble, Ashley Gamble, Austin Gamble, Colleen Wright, Lucas Gamble, and Christian Gamble; one great granddaughter, Elizabeth Stevie Jane Gamble; and brother, Hubert Ray Bledsoe.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Doris Davis, Davis Retirement Home, and all the staff at NHC Healthcare facility and Caris Hospice.

A visitation for Brenda will be Friday, October 24, 2025 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home – North, 5401 Highway 153 Hixson, TN 37343. The funeral service will follow the visitation starting at 1:00 with Pastor James Dunn of Life Gate Baptist Church officiating. The family will then proceed to Hamilton Memorial Gardens for the committal.

Arrangements are entrusted to the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory, and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson, TN 37343.
