Carolyn loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed painting, Reality Television and Fox News.
Survivors include her husband, James Cordell; daughters, Lisa Huggins and Kristi (Matt) Hamilton; grandchildren, Ashley Miksa, Cody Miksa, Jessica Poppert, Taylor Hamilton, and Avery Hamilton; great grandchildren, Aubrii Miksa and Isaac Poppert; brothers, Rick Nelson, Kelly Nelson, and Larry Nelson.
Funeral services will be held 1:30 Friday, January 29 in the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral Home from 4-8 Thursday evening.
Carolyn was a strong advocate for animals, so the family asks that memorial donations be made to a humane society or that you adopt an animal in her memory.
