Cecil and Billie were both very special friends to both of us. They were some of our first neighbors and became lifelong friends. We extend our deepest sympathy to the family and prayers for peace and comfort during this difficult time.

Cecil was a great man. Best memory was him and my daddy taking me fishing at lake poinsett crappie fishing in February. He always had a kind word.
