Culley served four years in the United States Coast Guard during the Korean War and worked at DuPont in Chattanooga for forty-one years. He was a master carpenter and avid farmer. Culley was a faithful member of Middle Valley Baptist Church for over fifty years.
He was predeceased by his wife of fifty years, Dean Frizzell, sons Manley and Steve Frizzell, brothers Cordell (Lois), Pete (Lula), and Harvey (Cleo) Frizzell.
Culley is survived by his son, Michael (Tina) Frizzell, his very dear friend Willena Dillard, the daughter of his heart Sharon (Mike) Renegar, grandchildren Doug and Tyler Frizzell along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held on Sunday June 1, 2025 at 3:00 PM at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, with Pastor Matt Lotspeich officiating.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until service time at North Chapel.
