Curry was retired from Van Heusen. He loved the Lord with all his heart and was a very active member of Lighthouse Baptist Church for many years.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Janie Masters; parents I. B. and Evelyn Masters and son-in-law, Mike Lowe.
Curry was a very loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Stephanie Masters; his daughter, Michelle Lowe; grandchildren, Skyler and Sarah Masters; sister, Carolyn Wooten and a brother, Jerry Masters; many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 pm on Monday and 1 to 2:30 pm on Tuesday at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
A Celebration of life service for Curry will follow at 2:30 pm on Tuesday at the North Chapel with Reverend Jim Shoemate officiating. Burial will be in Chattanooga Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Curry’s name to the Mission Fund at Red Bank Baptist Church, 4000 Dayton Blvd, Red Bank, TN 37415.
Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
