He was born in Dayton, Tennessee.
Curtis was employed for 38 years at Monsanto in Pensacola, Florida as a Maintenance Foreman and retired as a Scheduling Supervisor.
He was a member of the Moose Lodge, Karnival Kavaliers, and Krewe of Lafitte. He enjoyed golfing and spending time with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Ida Mullins; son, Gary Mullins; sister, Ruth Land and brother-in-law, Fred Land.
Curtis is survived by his loving wife, Willadean Smith Mullins; children, Fred Mullins, Teresa Wynn, and Lisa Barretto; 11 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 11 am to 12 pm on Saturday, March 31, at the Chattanooga Funeral Home, North Chapel and a graveside service will follow at 12 pm at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
