Cynthia was a member of Rivermont Presbyterian Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Carroll H. Brown.
Survivors include her husband, Robert J. Block; mother, Anne Brown of Chattanooga; three children, Brent (Amanda) Thompson of Knoxville; Kellye (Jason) Fowlkes of Knoxville and Alex Thompson of Chattanooga; two grandchildren; Logan Fowlkes and Pearl Thompson; three step-children, Jessica Block (Jay) Ewart of Washington, DC, Katie Block of Colorado and Caroline Block of Chattanooga; brother, Cary Brown of Loudon, TN; sisters, Jennifer Weiss of California and Donna Mattice of Signal Mountain.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, July 8, at 1:00 p.m. at Rivermont Presbyterian Church.
