Bogus was a very good friend to my father Roy Cronon sr. I remember him well even though I haven't seen him in a good while. It hurts my heart to know another one of my dads best friends is gone too. My deepest sympathy to his family and all the people who loved him. Give my dad a big bear hug when you see him. Roy Cronon jr

It is with great sadness that I write this but I know that I have been incredibly blessed to have known Darell Farmer. He was the best neighbor a person could ever have and he will be terribly missed. God sure knew what He was doing when He led Darrel and Sarah to Dolly Pond Road! What precious memories I have of visiting over our fence, listening to Darrell tell his buddies all about my rooster terrorizing the neighborhood, watching him save a bird's nest from a snake (that almost fell on his head) in my barn, watching him laugh and smile, all the times we said we could solve all the world's problems if given the chance...thank you Darrell for helping us paint our fence, build our chicken coop (it looks good from your kitchen window!), all those times you fed our animals...the list could go on and on but most importantly thank you for your incredible friendship. Rest in peace my friend. Much love to Sarah, Steve, Debbie.

I met this precious family through my sister and brother in law. They just welcome you in as family. I am heartbroken for them and their great loss. I'll always remember his jokes, that drunken chicken and trying to sneak deer meat on Cathy and me, and that special tomatoe juice. Was an honor to know you. Rest well, Sir.

One of my fondest early childhood memories is visiting y'all in Chattanooga with my mom and dad, aka Uncle Wally. Catching up with Cousin Boyce at family gatherings was always the highlight for me. He reminded me so much of my dad. The world was better with him in it, and my heart cries for you all, my east TN family.
