Russell and Terri, I just hear that your mom and dad had passed away in the past few months. I am so sorry for your loss. I would have been there if I had known. Your mom and dad were so special to me when we lived next door. I loved them very much. Again, I am so sorry.

Russell and Terri, I am so sorry for your loss. The passing of your beloved father and most recently your precious mother. Mr. Graves brought so many happy moments in our life and left us with a treasure of memories. The memory that I will never forget about him and meant the most to me was the day he was at the hospital when my dad passed away and he stayed with me, mom and Tommy that will be special to me forever. We will never forget him or your mom. They were two special people that I love and hold close to my heart. Your dad's laughter and cheerful nature has always brought joy to everyone's lives. You are such dear friends and I want you to know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Life is so fragile, Loss is so sudden, Heart is so broken, but in the wake of such a loss, we are haunted by things we don't, and may never understand. Yet the solace we seek may not come from answers. So we look for comfort in the belief of love's everlasting connection. May that love lift you and hold you close, and give you peace. My thoughts and prayers are with you and my heart breaks with you during this time.

I was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of David Graves. Mr. Graves worked with my father, Harold Clark, at DuPont. He was always jovial and fun-loving with me when I saw him as a child. He always kidded me and called me a "professional student" when I decided to continue more schooling after college. I worked with him when I had my summer jobs at The Chattanooga Choo-Choo and he worked supplying the wonderful soft serve ice cream they served there. I will always remember him as a friendly and happy gentleman and how I looked forward to seeing him over the years. Deepest sympathy to his family as I know he will be greatly missed. RIP, David Graves--you made a difference to me.
