David served our country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He retired from LeValley Maintenance Service Company.
He was preceded in death by his mom, Jane Tate, and father, Everett Tate.
David is survived by his daughter, Sunny Tate; sister, Pat Bowman; beloved dog, Zella; several cousins,
and many friends.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
A memorial graveside service will be held at 10 am on Thursday, June 24, at Chattanooga National Cemetery with military honors. The family and friends will meet at the cemetery office at 9:45 am on Thursday.
