Diana was preceded in death by her parents, Robert W. and Opal C. Welder, and her husband, Phillip Jeffery “Jeff” Woods.
Survivors include her brother and sister-in-law, Rob and Susan Welder, her neices and nephews. She also leaves behind many close, lifelong friends to cherish her memory.
A graveside service will be at Chattanooga National Cemetery on Friday, September 4th, 2026, at 12:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
