Donald Lee Cooper, 86, of Columbia, Tennessee passed away on January 24, 2018. He was a member of Riverview Baptist Church. Donald was also a member of American Legion, VFW and 40&8. He is preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Lee Cooper; son, Donnie Cooper; daughter, Crisstie Morris and granddaughter, Robyn Harmon. He is survived by his son, Richard Cooper of Chattanooga; daughter, Gayle Cooper of Columbia; grandchildren, Jeremy Cooper, Sara Cooper, Kandice Coffey, Bruce Cooper, Ashley Baker, and Hollie Stoops, and 9 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8517. A visitation will be held on Sunday, January 28, 2018 from 2 pm to 5 pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home, North Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 29, 2018 at 11:30 am at Chattanooga Funeral Home, North Chapel with a burial to follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
