Donna Jo Pemberton, 64, passed away on October 17, 2026. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Lucille G. Pemberton and Donald E. Pemberton.
She is survived by her sister, Vickie Pemberton Smith, and brother-in-law, Greg Smith.
Donna was a quiet, shy, and sweet soul who found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved taking and sharing pictures of her precious Yorkie, Daisy, and her crazy orange cat, Tiger Lily. Through Facebook and playing Yahtzee online, Donna made many friends who brought happiness and connection to her life.
Donna's gentle spirit, love for her pets, and the friendships she cherished will forever hold a special place in the hearts of those who knew her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 22, 2026 from 4-6 pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home North Chapel in Hixson. There will be a Celebration of Life Service in the funeral home chapel at 6:00 pm Thursday.
