He was born on June 18, 1938 in Roff, Oklahoma and lived most of his life in Tennessee after moving from California in 1965.
His last place of employment before retiring was W & W Sprinkler.
Doyle is survived by his wife of 63 years, Marylyn and his 2 children, David (Tracy) Smith and Susan (Chuck) Topping; 4 grandchildren, Dustin Smith, Tate Davis, Sarah (Chris) Railing, and Bailey (Ashley) Davis; and 7 great grandchildren, Tyler, Davin, Aurora, Rowan, Daelyn, Clark, and River.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 in Hamilton Memorial Gardens, adjacent to the funeral home, with Rev. Ray Shannon officiating.
Instead of flowers the family asks that you visit a nursing home resident.
