I never had the pleasure of meeting PDG Earl but I have always heard wonderful things about him. I enjoyed visiting with his family this evening at visitation. His love and devotion to Lions was very apparent in our conversations. He involved his family in service and fundraising projects. (How many of us grew up playing with toy brooms?)  This instilled in younger generations the desire to serve our communities. Thank you PDG Earl for your dedication to our Lions motto "we serve."

I had the privilege of getting to know Earl through our meetings in the Lexington Lions Club. We had some great conversations during the social time of the meetings , and I always tried to get a seat next to him. I never realized that he had been involved in so many activities because he never talked about them. He will be sorely missed.
